Skill Zone Ltd provides training on IT, the Internet, computer software and associated people skills using a variety of approaches. The aim is to identify the needs of you, the customer, and match those needs with the right service for you.

Training Needs Analysis

Using a combination of printed questionnaires and site visits we ascertain the exact IT training needs of your personnel, and provide you with a written report for you to act on as you wish. You will not be under any obligation to buy the training from ourselves.

Training Course Design

If you are a software house, or have commissioned a bespoke software package, we will study your proprietary software and produce a training course for your customers or staff, including production of course notes and tutors aids.

For companies wishing to conduct a training programme for all their staff we will develop training that combines the major software packages your company uses into a seamlessly integrated course. Apart from the obvious advantage of corporate relevance, this approach saves time, duplication and money.

Our biggest course design and delivery project was a two-year long contract with Lansing Linde, training its field engineers throughout the UK.

On-Site Training

We will come to your location and present your chosen training on your site, eliminating travel expense and inconvenience for your personnel. We can offer training to any location in England, Scotland or Wales and you will be provided with the technical and professional background of your trainer prior to his or her arrival.
